Vegan Spinach & Cheese Wonton Chips

These crispy, cheesy spinach bites are the perfect snack or party appetizer. Super easy, flavorful, and completely dairy-free!


🥢 Ingredients

  • 1 pack vegan wonton wrappers (or cut tortillas into triangles)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped, lightly sautéed or steamed)
  • 1 cup vegan shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar-style)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (or melted vegan butter)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Place wonton wrappers (or tortilla triangles) evenly on the tray. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle each piece with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Top with chopped spinach and a generous sprinkle of vegan cheese.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve warm with marinara sauce, vegan ranch, or hummus for dipping.
