Crispy Air Fryer Potato Slices

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Potatoes:
    Wash and peel the potatoes (optional). Slice them into thin, even rounds—about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Season:
    Place the potato slices in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss everything well to coat the slices evenly.
  3. Air Fry:
    Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket—avoid overlapping too much for even crispiness.
  4. Cook:
    Air fry for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Cook until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  5. Serve:
    Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with fresh parsley or chives, and enjoy your crispy, fluffy potato slices!
