Ingredients:
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prep the Potatoes:
Wash and peel the potatoes (optional). Slice them into thin, even rounds—about 1/4 inch thick. - Season:
