🍄🥦 Garlic Mushrooms Cauliflower Skillet
This simple one-pan dish brings together tender cauliflower and earthy mushrooms, sautéed with garlic and fresh herbs. It’s hearty, flavorful, and perfect as a main or a side. Bonus: it’s ready in under 30 minutes!
🌿 Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 cups mushrooms (button, cremini, or mix), sliced
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp dried thyme (or fresh)
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon juice (a squeeze for brightness)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Prep the veggies
Wash and chop cauliflower into small florets. Slice mushrooms evenly. - Cook the cauliflower
Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 6–7 minutes until golden and tender. Remove and set aside. - Cook the mushrooms
In the same skillet, add another 1 Tbsp oil. Toss in mushrooms and cook for 4–5 minutes until browned. - Add garlic & seasoning
Stir in minced garlic, thyme, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. - Combine & finish
Return cauliflower to the skillet. Mix everything well and sauté another 2 minutes. - Serve
Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve hot!
