Vegan Spinach & Cheese Wonton Chips
These crispy, cheesy spinach bites are the perfect snack or party appetizer. Super easy, flavorful, and completely dairy-free!
🥢 Ingredients
- 1 pack vegan wonton wrappers (or cut tortillas into triangles)
- 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped, lightly sautéed or steamed)
- 1 cup vegan shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar-style)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (or melted vegan butter)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Place wonton wrappers (or tortilla triangles) evenly on the tray. Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle each piece with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Top with chopped spinach and a generous sprinkle of vegan cheese.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce, vegan ranch, or hummus for dipping.
